Clear expectations for ordering from Gather Four Mahjong.
Shipping
Available destinations, carriers, estimated processing times, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout when the store opens. Delivery estimates will begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Order changes
Once ordering is live, contact us as soon as possible if a shipping address or item needs to change. We cannot promise changes after fulfillment has begun, but we will review the request.
Returns
The final return window and item-condition requirements will be confirmed before launch. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, used, personalized, or final-sale items may have different eligibility; any exceptions will be stated on the product page before purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer will be asked to contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
