Travel Mahjong Set with Racks: Fit Guide
Racks make American Mahjong easier to play, but travel racks need to match the tile size and the way you pack the set. A beautiful rack is frustrating if tiles lean, hide their faces, or do not fit in the bag.
Measure tile thickness first
Rack fit depends on the channel and ledge, not just the rack length. Mini tiles can look lost in a rack made for larger tiles, while thicker acrylic tiles may sit too tightly.
